Leaked Document From $5 Mil. 'Racism' Suit Reveals Shocking Admissions
Mediation Has Begun for Jerrod Jones v. The City of Rochester and What Appears to Be Jones' Unreleased Testimony from December 2022 has Been Leaked to the GVO.
What appears to be a legal document has been leaked to the GVO. The document seems to be a transcript containing the December '22 testimony of Jerrod Jones, the firefighter at the center of the contested 2022 'Racist Party' narrative.
Publicly available documents contain an identical case number.

Jerrod Jones, who alleges he was forced to attend a "racist" and "sexist" themed party while in Rochester FD uniform is the only witness claimed to have given testimony in the 129-page document. The unverified document arrived in the context of an official February 2024 document detailing an intent by both parties to move into a mediation phase. The suit is for $5 million with Jones' represented by Nate McMurray.
The deadline on the first mediation session is 29 February 2024.
Multiracial Coalition of the Working Class?
If authentic, shocking revelations include Jones' supposed claim that Eddie Santiago, RFD Union President recommended that the Chief “come down hard" on White Fire Captain Jeff Krywy for taking his crew to an allegedly racial event approximately a week after the 11 August press conference by Nate McMurray and Jerrod Jones.
Two days later, Santiago, a Hispanic man, would attend a racial event for Hispanics.
Proofs
Now proven in partiality is the existence of Jerrod Jones' real estate portfolio which he seems to have described as generating between $15,000 and $25,000 per month between "20 properties." The GVO was able to discover the existence of 17 within Rochester that are managed under DIVINE ESSENCE ENTERPRISES, LLC.
The documents strongly suggests that this revenue loss is considered part of the alleged monetary losses by the plaintiff.
Jones is apparently assisted in his land-lording duties by Nicole Goff, a White woman and real estate agent he supposedly has a child with.
Goff attended the 2022 press conference.
Internally, the documents inline description of exhibits matches the numbering system provided below the testimony. Furthermore, the testimony does not conflict with known information. Additionally, Siobhan Umsu, the notary public, who doubled as a court reporter in the alleged document, attached a license number. The same number matches on official NYS databases to one "Siobhan Umsu."
If True and Authentic, what was Revealed?
The alleged testimony also states the Jeff Krywy "brought him [Jones] to tears," and reiterates that as of 2022, Jones suffered from PTSD, anxiety and depression related to the incident. The mental ailments were apparently so severe, he was allegedly unable to work, collecting disability in the meantime.
Jones also seems to describe himself as feeling "like an outcast" with the Rochester FD. Additionally, he describes how his various diagnoses contributed to placing "getting healthy" on his top list of priorities over "getting back to work" five months after the incident occurred.
We emailed Nate McMurray for comment from either him or his client and have not yet heard back.
